The different services
The rental of one of our apartments includes all charges, as well as the two subscriptions 3 S (Security, Serenity, Support) and 3 C (Comfort, Conviviality, Cocooning). Our packages include the residence staff present 24/7, an emergency call medallion or bracelet, a remote monitoring system with cameras and automatic door closing system, assistance with access to care, a reception and concierge service, but also logistical assistance at your service and in case of need for the tasks of daily life.
Reception and secretariat
For your safety, the reception filters comings and goings and controls access. The reception and the secretariat can also be of service to you: give you information on outings and activities, but also take your messages in case of absence and deliver your mail to the postman.
Each month, a daily entertainment program is offered in our service residence in Perpignan: gentle gymnastics, board games, tea dances, memory workshops, conferences, screenings, yoga, outings and many others. We remain attentive to your desires to compose the program.
You will benefit from an internal telephone call system, allowing you to communicate with other residents, reception and management. We also provide you with newspapers and various spaces such as lounges, the terrace and the restaurant, where you can chat with other residents.
